IGP Pays d'Hérault white 2020 organic wine
Grape variety : Chardonnay with a hint of Colombard.
Soil : Stony, clay-limestone soil. 20 ha south facing, close to the Mediterranean Sea. Organic since 1999
Vinification : Grapes are harvested at night to preserve maximum aromas. Temperature control of the musts. Cold pressing and settling. Vinification at low temperature, maturing on fine lees.
Food pairing suggestions: Ideal as an aperitif, shellfish and seafood, but also white meats.
IGP Pays d'Hérault red 2020 Organic Wine
Grape variety : 100% Merlot
Terroir : Stony, clay-limestone soil. 20ha fully exposed south, close to the Mediterranean Sea and in AB since 1999
Vinification : After total de-stemming of the harvest, vatting for a minimum of 3 weeks. Gentle extraction in order to preserve the aromas. Maceration takes place after fermentation to develop a round and silky wine in the mouth.
Food pairing suggestions: Red meats, grilled meats, soft cheeses such as Camembert, Brie and Chaource.
ROSE: SYRAH & GRENACHE
IGP Pays d'Hérault rosé 2020 Organic
Grape variety: Syrah & Grenache
Terroir: Stony, clay-limestone soil. 20ha fully exposed south, close to the Mediterranean Sea and in AB since 1999
Vinification: After total de-stemming of the harvest, the wine is clarified cold and then placed at a controlled temperature. Selected yeasts are then used for fermentation
Food pairing suggestions: Ideal for aperitifs, platters of cold meats and any grilled meats from the barbecue or plancha.
